Who we are

Oja Ledger is operated by Wooke Technologies, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9251478). Wooke Technologies is responsible for the personal data processed through Oja Ledger. To ask about your data or request its deletion, contact us at hello@ojaledger.com.ng.

What we collect

Your email, shop name and WhatsApp number; the customers you add (names and phone numbers); the sales and debts you record; and the voice notes you send for processing.

How we use it

Only to run your ledger: turn voice notes into records, show your balances, create receipts and prepare WhatsApp reminders. Voice recordings are processed to extract text and are not kept after processing.

How we use SMS

We send text messages only for one-time sign-in codes and, later, payment receipts and balance notices to customers who asked for them. We never send promotional messages.

Who can see it

Only you, when signed in. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We use trusted service providers for hosting and AI processing.

Your customers

You are responsible for having permission to store your customers' details and to message them on WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can edit your details at any time and ask us to delete your account and all its data by contacting us. This policy is written to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
